By accessing or using the Nazzar website (nazzar.in) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Product images are representative; actual product colour may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen calibration.

Lens add-on pricing (Zero Power / UV-Blue Light / Power Lens / Bifocal) is displayed at checkout and is subject to change.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). COD orders are subject to availability at the delivery pincode.

Bifocal lens orders require a subsequent WhatsApp consultation for prescription details before processing. We will contact you within 1 business day of order placement.

We ship across India via Shiprocket-partnered couriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, and others). Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations, subject to courier availability.

Nazzar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details are shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.

Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

At Nazzar, all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

Compulsory Opening Video

A continuous, unedited opening video of the parcel is compulsory for all exchange or damage/defect claims. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel before opening, followed by the complete unpacking process and the product received. Exchange or damage/defect claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

Nazzar does not offer exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect frame selection, size, colour, or styling preferences.

Exchanges will only be considered in the event of a defect or damage to the product, subject to verification and approval by our team.

Prescription / Numbered Glasses

Glasses fitted with prescription lenses (glasses with number) are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Prescription glasses will only be eligible for replacement in case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, provided a compulsory opening video is available and the issue is verified by our team.

Power Lens and Bifocal lens add-ons are customised to your prescription and are non-refundable once production begins. Ensure your prescription details are accurate before confirming your order. Nazzar is not liable for visual discomfort arising from incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer.

We recommend an up-to-date eye prescription from a licensed optometrist before ordering prescription lenses.

All content on this website - including brand name, logo, photographs, text, designs, and software - is the exclusive property of Nazzar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
